"Stream' ATC
Another new stamp in my collection! Used this with the scraps from the freebie papers on the card below. Stamped image (Art Impressions) with Stazon and watercoloured with pencils.Mounted with Bazzill cardstock and went around edge with gold Krylon Pen.
