Remember this card?

This is the card I entered into the "Stamp with Us" challenge which was a simple sketch. But everytime I looked at it, it was bugging me as it lacked something.

So this is the edited version, amazing how a few more simple embellishments can lift a card. Just thought I'd share with you.

Hope you had a lovely Easter, the weather was pretty good to us. BIL and family came down for the day yesterday and they went home 2 short, I've now got my niece and nephew staying for a few days and with 5 kiddies, doubt I'll be around as much this week either.
Hope you all have a lovely Easter Break and the Easter Bunny was good to you and the children.
Take Care!

Hi Claire, both versions of your card are lovely however the 2nd one with the added embellishments is beautiful, I'm always a bit scared incase I use to many embellishments and it drowns the image but this is perfect. Hugs Dawn Marie.xx

YOu have a busy few days ahead of you with so many kids around, I am having a quiet week as mine as with my parents so lots of cardmaking to be done :)
The extra embellishments really do finish off the card, I love the little flourish on the little strip is that a rub on or a stamp...details please so I can add to my ever growing wish list
