Scrummy Stash Cafe Challenge
This ones suitable for the ScrummyStashCafe challenge as its all about quotes and sayings this week. I was going through a draw and found an envelope that had the images in so put a card together as I like both modern and vintage cards. I remember chalking these but dont know what the stamps are?? Have used a gold card, backed with paper from Paper Pizazz and added the pieces. This card will be travelling first class to a friend!!

No Cards Today!
Got a few cards to upload but the camera is on charge and we have decided to go away over the Easter holiday so wont be adding anything today. Hope you all have a lovely easter and enjoy the long weekend. Got a long journey ahead of us tommorow and hoping to make an early start so will bid you farewell for now but am sure as soon as I'm back, instead of getting the kettle on, I'll be heading for my laptop (LOL).

Cute Companion
Realy enjoyed making this card this morning and have used an A5 for a change. The stamp is the new Cute Companion Set and I have coloured her with Sansador and Prisma pencils. Die cut some shapes from my Wizard and used my Nestabilities in oval. Matt and layered. Not sure what to do with this card as I really like it. Sometimes find it very hard to part with some of my cards (LOL). Happy Easter everyone!!

Birthday Card
This mini card is out of the "Smitten, K & Co range" I recently purchased. I have agin used my favourite stamp at the moment and coloured with my Sakura pens. Got so much new stash through this week but too much to list, just wish I could find more time to play. Seem to spend so much time blog hopping ATM. Before I know it, several hours have gone by!! Enjoy the rest of what seems to be a very wet sunday.

Sunday Stamper-Oriental
Took the plunge this morning and decided it was time I got back into the challenges! I dont make many tags but do enjoy making them. This one is for "The Sunday Stamper".Couldn't find any precut tags so made my own. I inked up the red background with Alcohol Inks, tinted with Tims Distress Ink Pads and stamped some oriental flowers in green. Then stamped main image onto tag and coloured with Sakura pens. Finished off with a tassle. Sorry photo's a bit naff.

Red/Orange ATC
At CSF, I host the Rainbow swap and last months colour was red/orange. Here is my attempt. I used chalk ink pads to colour the background and used one of my favourite stamps( at the moment) and coloured with Sakura pens. Rounded 2 of the corners off with a corner punch. Wasn't feeling well the other day and has now turned into a heavy cold! Got a day to myself tomorrow so hoping to craft as got loads of new goodies delivered today from C&C. Janes number and alphabet stamps were 2 of the items although I do wander why all the numbers weren't printed. My little girl will be 6 this year and those stamps would have been ideal. Think I'll have to email Jane and ask for the complete set to be made!

Easter Card
Dont think I've ever made an Easter Card before but wanted to make something different for a change.Only so many birthday cards you can make!(LOL).Both the paper and greeting stamp are from PaperMania. I used a piece of stampboard for the very first time and tinted with chalk ink pads. I then stamped a small flower background and the the butterfly image (from Dovecraft) over the top in Stazon. I used my Cropodile and punched holes down the side and tied a yellow ribbon. Not feeling very well today, and life seems pretty hectic at the moment but will keep crafting when I can. Thanks for looking.

Doorhanger
FRONT
GRUNGEBOARD LETTER
BACK
I now host a swap called "Me To You" where you have to send every person a hand made project, trying out new idea's. Shazza was first on my list and had made her this doorhanger. I didn't want to post on her until she received it and the wait is now over. Never done one before and didn't want to part with it!
I covered the hanger with Basic Grey paper and used Adirondaak paints, glitter mists and Krylon pen. The Grungeboard was so easy to use and used my emery board to distress. The back has just been painted with dabbers and stamped. Hope to make many more of these and thrilled she is so pleased with it! Just a shame the photo's dont do it justice.........

Peacock the Peacock
Why is it called Peacock the Peacock? It reminds me of when we were honeymooning in Jamaica. Every morning we would wake to a Peacock sitting outside our apartment and that is what we named him(LOL). The backing paper is from the Artylicious CD but cant for the life of me find the disc I printed the image from. I've added some yellow feathers to the card and a printed sentiment.
Happy Mothers day BTW, my lot are skiing in the French Alps at the moment so enjoying the piece and quiet. Just me and my youngest at home for this week. And have just found out that I have won some blog candy, my first ever and will post what I won when it arrives.
