Sweet Pea Alice!

Aren't these stamps just gorgeous. I jut loved colouring this stamp in. I went with Copics. Not often I don't leave white gaps. The papers are a mix and flowers from stash. Don't know who the sentiment is by but have used a label punch and gone round the edges with a black chalk ink pad. The papers have also been distressed with my MM tool. My heart was a MS punch. I then covered it with Rock Candy Distress Crackle and added a fine Glitter then used my heat gun to dry. Also added a little glaze on the flowers and her hairband but don't think this has been picked up. Stickles on the flowers and leaves.

Here are a few challenges that my card fits into;

Oh Alice - Twinkle Twinkle
Everybody Art - Birthday
Stampavie & More - Sparkling
Pollycraft - Pinkalicious
Spoonful of Sugar - Animal Crackers
A Pocket full of Posies - One for the Girls
SweetPea Stamp Challenge - Earth, Wind & Fire
Ooh La La - Simply Summer
Paper Sundaes - Birthday Card
Magical Crafts - Flower Power
Crafts & Me - Birthdays
Alys Sunday Challenge - Flower Power

Been busy sitting in the garden over the last few days but a bit more cloudy now. We've even escaped the rain though the flowers are needing a lot of water. So if the sun aint shining then I'll be a crafting!!

Thanks for looking

LOTV DT Card & Challenges...

Today we have a new challenge for you over at the LOTV Challenge Blog. Dawny has come up with a fantastic sketch and I had so much fun making this card. My card making can be a bit like Marmite, you either love them or hate them. Well on this occasion I am happy to say I am really pleased with how my card turned out. The papers are Tim Holtz "Vintage Shabby" paper stack. I've had these for ages but have only been stroking up until now. The image is of course LOTV (my favourites atm) and coloured with Promarkers. I distressed the edges and used lots of glitter glue. This one is Glitz Gel from Imagination Crafts. The sentiment is Technique Tuesday and as Wild Orchid Crafts are the sponsors for this challenge, all the DT have used flowers from the shop. MS Punches and some Brown Bazzill also used.

Now here are some challenges that my card fits onto;
Passion for Promarkers - Pink Birthday
Crafty Creations - Childs Play
Creative Cottage - Going Pink
A Spoonful of Sugar - Floral Delights
The Crazy Challenge - Distress it
Crafty Angels - My Favourite Stamp
Alphabet Challenge - F for Flowers
Tuesday Taggers - All That Blooms
Scrappy Frogs - Summer Fun
Meljens Designs - Sparkle, Glitter & Bling
Our Creative Corner - Summer Inspiration
Daring Cardmakers - Pearls (sticking out of flowers)
PaperPlay - Flowers & Sparkle
Quirky Crafts - Girly Girl
Magical Crafts - Metal Madness (pin & pearls on wire)

Hope you can join us at the LOTV Challenge Blog. Please remember the rules have changed and you will have to use a LOTV Stamp to be eligable for any prizes.

Thanks for taking the time to look at my blog, I love reading your comments to!
